Kingdom Pay's first Android release is a member account viewer for balances, available activity, profile information, and email-based support. KingdomCoinBank is the authoritative source for synchronized KDMC balance quantities; other displayed balances are account records held by Kingdom Pay. Kingdom Pay does not itself make a deletion request an instruction to change or erase funds.
Information categories
- Account and access: account credentials, profile and contact details, and business information supplied in the app.
- Historical optional fields: tax identifiers and identity/profile fields, including identity-verification information, may exist in service records from other or earlier app scopes. Their presence is not implied for every account.
- Account display: balance snapshots and activity information made available to the app. Balance snapshots are not the authoritative bank ledger.
- On-device data: local app caches and a secure session token used to maintain access.
- Authentication: optional native OS authentication uses the device operating system. The app does not receive raw biometric templates. This statement does not cover separately collected identity-document or selfie images.
- Deletion requests: request contact email, request source, status, timestamps, and operator review history needed to review the request.
- Email composition: selecting email opens the user's email application. The user controls whether to send a message; Kingdom Pay does not automatically send it.
Use and sharing
These categories support account access, display of available member information, profile functions, support contact, and review of account-deletion requests. The app's email action does not submit a support ticket. The hosting, database, mail, and other processor inventory and provider legal roles have not yet been confirmed for this notice; no specific processor list or role is asserted here.
Retention and deletion
Category-specific retention purposes, periods, starting events, backup expiry, and processor deletion procedures are under review and have not been approved. No arbitrary retention period is promised. A deletion request is reviewed by an authorized operator; submission or a displayed request status does not mean that data has been deleted. Review the account deletion request page to submit a request from outside the app.
KingdomCoinBank is operated by the same legal publisher, KINGDOMCOIN CAPITAL KINGDOMPAY, as confirmed by the owner. Personal records under that entity's control require review across both services; a separate service name is not an independent-provider retention exception. KingdomCoinBank remains authoritative for synchronized KDMC balance quantities. Privacy handling does not authorize debiting, forfeiting or overwriting funds or asset entitlements. Offline device data, user-created copies and genuinely independent providers require separate assessment.
Questions
The admin team handles privacy and deletion requests. The monitored contact for both is support@kingdompays.com. Opening an email link does not send a message automatically. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full tax identifiers, or identity documents.
